Terms of service

These terms apply when a merchant installs or uses Ship Ship.

The service

Ship Ship configures a Shopify shipping discount based on the merchant’s fulfillment-pool settings and eligible delivery options. The merchant remains responsible for its shipping policy, product classification, carrier configuration, taxes, legal compliance, and customer communications.

Safe operation

The merchant must test the app in its own checkout before activation and after material catalog, carrier, discount, or fulfillment changes. The app includes a reversible deactivation control. Ambiguous configurations may favor the customer by discounting a controlled standard-shipping option rather than adding a charge.

Availability and changes

We may update or discontinue the service and will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes that materially affect active merchants. Shopify platform availability and third-party carrier services are outside our control.

No warranty

The service is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
