Before activation

Confirm that every controlled rate uses the configured stable service code, every active variant has a valid pool, and discounted carts pass below, at, and above the threshold.

Emergency stop

Open Ship Ship in Shopify Admin and select Deactivate. This disables the automatic shipping discount without removing your carrier rates or changing your products.

Response target

We aim to acknowledge merchant support requests within one business day. Checkout-blocking reports are prioritized.
